JiuJi Magnetism Industry News] ANSYS Maxwell Magnetic Component Design Training in Huizhou Successfully Ended
End-to-End Solution for Magnetization Automation
Automated Magnetic Charging Integrated Solution
From November 28th to 29th, 2025, the fourth "ANSYS Maxwell Electromagnetic Simulation and Magnetic Component Design Training Course" organized by Guangdong Magnetic Components Industry Association (GMCIA) was successfully held in Huizhou City, Guangdong Province. As the finale of the association's technical training in 2025, this training continues the trend of annual "expansion and upgrading" - since 2025, the association has expanded the annual technical training from two sessions to four sessions per year to meet the industry's needs with more intensive and more accurate courses, attracting more and more students from South China. industry needs, attracting extensive attention and active participation from enterprises in South China.
I. Scale of training and participation
The training received a warm response from enterprises in South China, a total of 41 enterprises, 106 engineers registered to participate in the actual number of 87 to the class, a significant degree of participation. After the training, the Association recovered 53 effective post-course questionnaires, which provided valuable first-line feedback data for objectively evaluating the training effect and optimizing the follow-up course system, laying a foundation for the "precision" of industry training.
Two, three core course modules, to create cutting-edge practical knowledge feast
The two-day training focuses on "ANSYS Maxwell electromagnetic simulation technology" and "magnetic component design" two core blocks, the use of "theoretical analysis + simulated real operation + case analysis Using the three-dimensional teaching mode of "theoretical analysis + simulation + case study", senior experts in the industry were invited to give lectures systematically, and the contents are both cutting-edge and practical: Module 1: Introduction to ANSYS Maxwell Electromagnetism Simulation -- Analysis and Practical Operation of the Whole Process Lecture by Dr. Xie Wenyan, a master director from Fuzhou University, focusing on the whole process of ANSYS Maxwell software operation. Maxwell software operation process, combined with ten typical cases, hand in hand to guide students to master the key skills of "modeling → solution → results analysis. The course also optimizes the rhythm of case study according to the feedback from the students to ensure the learning effect. Module 2: Optimized Design of Magnetic Components for 40kW & 60kW Supercharger Modules -- From Material Characteristics to Loss Control Mr. Nie Yingfa, member of the China Magnetic Materials Industry Expert Committee and senior engineer of Tamura (China), will analyze core selection, loss optimization, thermal management, EMI suppression, etc., using popular applications such as automotive OBC transformers and high-frequency inductors as an entry point. The course content closely matches the actual R&D needs of enterprises and provides practical design experience. Module 3: Integrated Design Methods for Electromagnetic Components of Power Electronic Devices Mr. Liu Yitao, Associate Professor of Shenzhen University and Senior Member of IEEE, brings cutting-edge topics covering core themes such as magnetic integration, harmonic suppression, and multi-physical field coupling, which not only broadens the technical vision of the participants, but also gives a clear outlook on the future development path of integrated design.
Third, the training effect is highly recognized, and the feedback data are eye-catching.
According to the statistics of 53 valid post-course questionnaires, the training satisfaction and usefulness of the performance is outstanding: overall satisfaction exceeds 90%: more than 90% trainees on the training course as a whole said "satisfied" or "very satisfied"; knowledge acquisition sense of nearly 80%: Nearly 80% of the trainees felt that they had "basically gained" or "fully gained" the expected knowledge and skills; the degree of matching of needs reached 85%+: more than 85% trainees gave feedback that the content of the training was "in line with" or "fully in line with" their needs. Matching degree of demand 85%+: more than 85% trainees feedback that the training content "meets" or "fully meets" their own work needs; Case utility is recognized: most trainees highly evaluate the quality of the classroom cases, that the cases are close to the actual work scenarios, and that they can effectively improve the ability to solve practical problems.
Fourth, the annual training ended successfully, JiuJu hand in hand with the Association to promote the development of the industry
So far, Guangdong Magnetic Components Industry Association 2025 four technical training activities have been successfully concluded. As a backbone enterprise in the industry, JiuJu participated in the four annual training, witnessed the continuous optimization and upgrading of the course system, and its feedback on the practical needs and technical suggestions has also become an important reference for the Association's course iteration.
Looking ahead, the association will continue to be guided by the actual needs of enterprises, continue to optimize the course system, invite more experts from the field to create more high-quality thematic training. Here, the association eagerly calls on the members, including JiuJu, to maintain close communication with the secretariat, provide timely feedback on the real training needs, and join hands to jointly promote the technological innovation and talent pool of the magnetic components industry, and inject strong momentum for the sustainable and healthy development of the industry!
