一、久巨充磁機的工作原理
久巨充磁機的運行核心依托電磁感應(yīng)效應(yīng)與磁疇定向排列的核心物理機制,由充電回路、放電回路及充磁線圈三大關(guān)鍵部件協(xié)同運作,通過三階段有序流程實現(xiàn)磁性材料的永久磁化。
1. 電能儲備階段
充磁機首先借助整流電路將工頻交流電整流為直流電,隨后向儲能電容器進行充電作業(yè),使電能以電場能的形式在電容器內(nèi)完成儲存。此階段的核心目標(biāo)是儲備充足電能,為后續(xù)高強度磁場的瞬時生成提供穩(wěn)定能量支撐。
2. 強磁場生成階段

二、充磁完整作業(yè)流程
1. 前期籌備階段

3. 脈沖充磁與檢測歸類階段
啟動充磁設(shè)備后,儲能電容器即刻完成放電,充磁線圈隨即產(chǎn)生強脈沖磁場,在極短時間內(nèi)完成材料的磁化作業(yè)。該放電過程耗時極短,能有效降低能量損耗并減少材料因發(fā)熱產(chǎn)生的性能影響。充磁作業(yè)結(jié)束后,采用高斯計等專業(yè)檢測儀器對材料表面磁場強度進行檢測,核查其是否符合預(yù)設(shè)技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn);對檢測合格的產(chǎn)品進行標(biāo)識與分類存放,不合格產(chǎn)品則需重新調(diào)校充磁參數(shù)后進行二次充磁處理。
